A morning or an afternoon — one class, one big activity.
Two linked sessions across the day — the full activity-day experience.
That's the price for up to a whole class in a session, and it already has the travel and the equipment inside it. A bigger year group or several classes at once is a slightly different job — tell us your numbers and we'll confirm the detail before you commit to anything. Nothing is ever added quietly at the bottom of an invoice.
A single class is a different day from a whole year group. This is the biggest single factor, and it’s usually the first thing we ask.
A half day suits one class and one big activity. A full day lets us build, test, fail, fix and try again — which is where the real learning tends to happen.
A reward day at the end of term and a Year 6 transition day have different aims, so they need different activities. We build around the aim, not a catalogue.
We’re Chesterfield-based and we travel. Distance can affect the price for a larger booking, but we’ll always tell you upfront — never a surprise line at the bottom of an invoice.
Everything below is inside the quote. There is no equipment surcharge, no travel line bolted on afterwards, no “additional instructor” fee if your numbers turn out slightly bigger than you thought.
We invoice after the visit, against your purchase order, on your normal terms. We don’t ask schools to pay weeks or months upfront to hold a date.
No forms to chase, no sales call. Tell us the year group and roughly when, and we’ll check a date with you.
