- Photographs are taken on a dedicated device used solely for Teach Us on Tour photography.
- This device has no SIM card and is not used for any other purpose.
4. Why we collect photographs
Photographs may be used:
- To showcase activities and promote Teach Us on Tour workshops on social media, our website, and other marketing materials.
- To provide schools and parents with an insight into the learning experiences we deliver.
5. How photographs are used
- Photos are primarily focused on the activity, equipment, or group environment rather than close-up images of faces.
- No names, year groups, or other identifying details will be shared in connection with photographs used for marketing or promotion.
6. Storage and retention
- Photographs are stored securely on the dedicated Teach Us on Tour device and/or secure cloud storage accessible only by authorised staff.
- Unused or unneeded photographs will be securely deleted within 12 months of being taken.
7. Legal basis for processing
We rely on consent from schools and/or parents/guardians to take and use photographs of children for marketing and promotional purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

- Photographs may appear on Teach Us on Tour’s official social media accounts, website, or printed marketing materials.
- We do not sell, rent, or share photographs with third parties for commercial purposes.

- Access to photographs is restricted to authorised Teach Us on Tour staff.

- Request deletion of any photograph in which a child appears.
- Access information about how their child’s photographs are being used.
